Keith regularly opens tanks that another company pumped a year earlier and finds sludge still sitting on the floor. The water was pumped off the top and the truck left.
Keith stays another 10 to 15 minutes and scrapes the floor of the tank until the concrete shows. He checks the outlet baffle on every job and looks the tank over for cracks. Then he shows you the bottom, in person or in a photo, and tells you what he found.

At 8:23 one morning, a caller reached Keith after trying three other septic companies. None of them had picked up. The first thing the caller said was, “You answered the phone on the first ring.”
